Hey sinsas,
They might be blocking transfers to moneybookers and other third-party sites because of the whole PokerStars/FTP incident with FBI.
Contact their support.

Hey TheDoctor64,
To the general public there is nothing wrong with PokerStars. I don't want to comment on anything to do with Poker Sites atm because the online Poker World is so shaken up atm but I've been playing on PokerStars and everything is fine.
