Turn: (6.25 BB) J (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero calls

River: (12.25 BB) 3 (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls

Total pot: $2.85 (14.25 BB) | Rake: $0.13

Have I overplayed the hand? What do you think to the point?

I think I´d played it the same way, and even in the river I would 3-bet. but lets see what the Judge tells.

Your opponent is very tight and he defended against your early raise. I think he will just checkraise the flop with Ax Hands. I guess his Range is:

33, 44, AT, AQ, A7s A8s A9s. Sometimes he may even have AK. I would just call down after the Checkraise. Looks weak but considered his range it's alright. On the Turn obviously a Valueraise but after the 3bet you decided correctly and just called down. A set is just too likely and he would certainly not even 3bet with AK. AK may be but Overall is 33 44 too likely to go over the top once again with a cap.
