I emailed pokerstars support asking about the information sharing tab which I don't have in my client, here's the reply,

Thank you for your e-mail.

I am afraid that our site does not have that option. Could you please check
with Poker Strategy for more information regarding your bonus.

I used the PSVIP code when I made my first deposit FYI.

I withdrew my money from Party and put it into Stars because the SnG rake is far far better, but now I can't get SP??

Seems like that this Pokerstars supporter isn't informed about us. Please contact our support to let them contact Pokerstars. (Describe your problem to them like you did here. Copy/pase should do it.)

Yep jackson the button was just missing, I've had it manually activated apparently that's what's required for it to appear =/

So the problem is no more
