I have seen your test. I think that alll the situations are very depending upon the read you have of your opponent. I personally do not like to flat call cause you get no information what so ever. that is why making a test is a hard thing to get conclusions from. But good practice in general.

Raising or betting for information is a terrible reason for an aggressive act the vast majority of the time in Limit. In a lot of flop situations you will find yourself in a situation where your hand blatantly does not have the equity to raise however your opponent will have a wide enough range range that folding is also not an option.

What you say regarding knowing your opponent is correct however most of the plays in the quizare very standard unless you have a mega read on your opponent over 1000's of hands which most of the time you will not have.

I personally found a couple of the answers surprising but accepted them as possibilities
