Hello Tr3LoS,

Preflop: If you want to play the hand then isolate or just fold it.

As played
Postflop: Bet the turn bigger ~$0,16 and you can even make 1/2 bet on river as well. There are still some weaker pairs/PPs which may pay you. But of course it ain't a huge mistake if you didn't bet the river.
