i think it's great that you are inviting people to PokerStrategy.com. this Tell-A-Friend program is meant for people to invite friends who are interested in learning how to play poker, and not just to get free $50. Because it's a generous offer, it has been prone to some abuse and fraud in the past, which is why security measures have been put in place to help protect the interest of the company and all its members.

i understand that they may not have bills addressed in their name. but they can also send in the bill of their parents (i assume they will have the same last name?). you can also reassure them that PokerStrategy.com deletes all the documents immediately after verification.
