Flop: I don't like the donkbet here, asince his range is very weak (BTN) and he also doesn't seem to be very agressive. So I think that we won't often miss here cbet part of value, so check-call seems a better solution for me. I like the donkbet, if I have the definite read, that the donkbet will be lightly called down (for example I'd call here 3barrel down with TT), then I'd barrel 3streets.
Turn: As played bet/fold, he's not agressive and won't raise here with weaker hands.
