relax man, don't freak out.
there's nothing to worry about. Take o short brake, enjoy the weekend, take a swim, play some sports, anything that has nothing to do with poker.
it's no big deal to loose 2 BI or even more, hope you have bankroll mnagement on.
get back to tables when you feel ready. There's no need to play in this state of mind that you are now, it will only get worse, bad decisions on tables and so on.
take a break. that's all you need!

I can honestly say, I can sympathize with you because I live the same way where I can't talk to anyone around me. With that being said, because I'm alone, I learned to cope with anything poker related alone and I think you can definitely do that too and what I would suggest is just to go watch some of the big game season 2 or some bad beats like the one Quad aces against a royal flush, now think about how the guy with the quad aces felt after that bad beat? If yours is no where close to that which I'm sure it isn't than you can get over it, hope that helps.
