I'm reading threads, about peeps playin 1700 hand an hour whilst workin 20 hour days... ... surely this is bovine excrement... I work full time and the only time I can spare is 2 or 3 hours which may be 120 to 180 hands per hour...... so these newbees must be by my reckoning be playin 10 tables...... hardly newebees then.....
As far as I know you can play only 60 hands per hour on a SH table, which is the fastest. To play 1700 an hour a guy would need like 30 tables at once, which is not that common.
There is something wrong there. Even 10 tables would give "just" 600 hands/hour.

or playing HU
For the both of your who answered previously... It's true.
You can do that on RUSH or HU but... who does? It is possible in theory, but who actually does it?
People playing HU go for what? 2 tables when they are used to the game and 4 tables when they are regulars... normally no more than that.
Maybe on RUSH actually... but it is not that common either, is it?
I've known some people to 8table RUSH, it's absurd volume.
It's possible, but far from easy.
I only ever 4tabled myself, probably sitting around 1k/h.

Richard
4 tables of rush... aprox. 1k hands/h. That was max for me. ![]()
edit: as for your Q. Since FTP closed, I don't think it is possible to play 1,7k hands/h (even playing HU). Maybe if you find 24 tables with ~80 hands/h average...
