Would be alot easier if you had more info on villian.

Would have said that villian most likely has a weak king, but river doesn't make much sense since why would villian shove with a weak king?

Most likely villian has a 9x in his hand, called with something marginal like Q/9 and then hit trips on river and go crazy.

Also possible that villian is just trying to scare you off by shoving on the river.

Fishes usually see a big hand like trips and go crazy (they will usually get so excited that they just shove their hand)

Call. You get 27.2% pot odds and we are far from bubble so not much risk aversion. Versus hand like T9 you have only 22.7% equity, but if villain has some hands like KQ, KJ in his range call become very good. I would expect he can play those hands like this also.

Awful bet sizing on the flop, with a good made hand and nut FD you should be willing to go broke right here and you bet less than half the pot. Betting something like 300-350 mb even 400 would drive any single 9 out of the pot for sure so you would have less headache shoving board pairing turn for value.

Not folding the turn but your betsize on the flop is far too small. I know our hand is a monster but still we should be betting over half pot here at these stakes.
