Does it include rake? I just looked at my graph on it, and it has a far greater ROI than my HEM graph. As I'm playing on party, rake has a lot to do with it. And knowing what my ROI would be without rake would be helpful for assesing whether I am playing well or break even.

Sharkscope does not ignore the rake. It might have missed some tournaments, but if all of your tournaments are recorded, then a positive profit should mean you have won money.
If you play at different stake levels, your ROI is averaged by tournament. It is not your total profit divided by your total investment. If you play a $0.01 MTT and win, and then play a $500 SNG and lose, your reported ROI on Sharkscope will be positive even though you have lost money. I'm not sure how HEM computes the ROI when you play at different stake levels.
