My current bankroll is 860$, which is enough for playing on NL 30 SH limit. But on Fulltilt these NL 30 tables are deep- you can buy in for 200 BB. Does it makes it any difference if I would buy in only for 100BB and some players buy in for 200BB?

since you need to adjust your play when you have 200BB stacks, I guess it's easier to just buy-in for the normal amount (like a normal table where someone has already doubled up). But if you had double the bankroll, you could buy-in full, as long as you're comfortable playing with double stacks
