I know I basically only beat a bluff or a very very poorly played 99, but I can't let go to those betsizes... Opinions?

Preflop and flop are standard. In turn you have to decide if you want to go for bluff catching and call turn and blank rivers. Has he done bluffing before? He has played 60% in 20 hands and if he has been passive postflop I would just fold in turn and look better spot. But if he has been aggro in postflop I would not be surprised to see some A high hand and bluff catching is ok imo.

I didn't actually see him bluff but 3.0 is pretty aggro for a fish

It obv wont be correct but it means that he has done some betting before. That info is better than no info. But we can't make big decisions based on this obviously.

teh stats wont be accurate, but they will help a little bit.

i think your line getting these odds is perfectly fine. he will have some missed draws and he might turn a small underpair into a river bluff.
