This is a hand I observed from Stars and I’d like to get opinions on the best play in this situation.

CO is playing a Tight game, and when has gone to showdown has had 99+, AQs+ and AKo Has raised a steady 3xbb when he did enter pots.
The only other info I have is the ship leader at this table has played a TAG style bu on the narrow end. . Any hands he’s been involved preflop he has never gone past flop without sometime of made hand.
Hand : utg folds, cutoff who raises 3x bb holding 99 , button folds, sb reraises all in, sb calls and cutoff called..
If I were playing based on the above info I would have folded . I’m not really concerned about sb based on the info I have. But I think with regard to bb, it’s more likely cutoff is flipping than ahead of bb and most likely based on the available info he’s behind. In the past in this situation I would have called, but after reviewing many similar situations where I have had 88’s , 99/s AK/Q at this stage of the game, I am folding . I’m just wondering if I’m right track or wrong. Thanks
