Hi, i have a question related to what martiboy asked:
i have various photo ID cards, none of which have my adress on them.
is it sufficient to scan one of these cards, e.g. my student card, and a letter from a bank or something with my complete adress on?

Hello Kruppe,
If you send a copy of a photo ID like your passport, and a seperate proof of residence (like registration pass or similar) it should pose no problem.
If your submitted material is not sufficient, the support staff will contact you
