Results follow (highlight to see):
MP1 shows a full-house, sevens full of jacks (7s 7d)
Hero shows (Ad Kd)

MP1 wins with a full-house, sevens full of jacks (7s 7d)

I feel like i should've raise/shoved on the turn (hindsight is a bitch). I think he still would've called that in all likelihood but at least then i don't just give him a free card. Or on the river should i just assume always there's a full house and therefore fold the flush... Sounds bad in the long run.

No, you played it perfectly. Since you have position, you can easily call and bet the river yourself if he checks. He is somewhat commited so I don't think that he is getting away from whatever he can have

Hello fractalsonfire,

Just unlucky that such a turn-card hit. But I don't think that we can play any differently the hand. Nice hand! He of course made a horrible mistake by Calling you preflop.

Best regards.
