The main issue here is that you have two holdem hands, but are playing PLO.
Despite the hand being double suited and despite the hand looking nice, it actually isn't that great.
If you take away the suitedness, it's clear that something like A :spade:K :heart:9 :club:8 
should be folded preflop to the raise, especially from someone playing 22/15, which is a little bit on the tight side for a 4 handed game, but all the same is reasonable.
You are typically going to have poor visibility with your hand post flop, that is to say there will be many flops when you are not sure if you are ahead or behind. Because of this it's best to just fold preflop to avoid situations where you are stacking off when behind or you are giving free cards when you are ahead.
As played, you should probably take a stab at the pot on the turn rather than checking it to the preflop aggressor again. With an outside straight draw and a weak flush draw, you're always going to be in a bad spot checking, but this turn card could be bad for the villain so go ahead and bet strong into him, close to full pot and see what happens.
