In the video that I watch ("real" HU games not 9man) it advises to call min3bets IP/BTN cuz most of the time villain is doing this with a huge to monster hand and our plan is to call and hope to hit big (two pair+ and TP good kicker is not enough)..

The thing is that the blinds on this vids are mostly 10/20 to 25/50 at most (Pokerstars) so the effective stacks is mostly 20bbs+..

But HU with high blinds like in 9man SnG's our Effective stack is not always 20bbs+ (or often not) so my question would be how much the effective stack size at least should be to call their min3bets? or can we just ignore the Effective stack size and based it op OUR stack ?

As played, I would have folded the flop but not with such a silly bet and thus good pot odds..
