You need to put $0.24 in a pot of $0.71 (if I aint mistaking)
that's just about 3:1 so about 25%

no the pot is $0.67 before you call
so you have 0.24 / (0.67 + 0.24) = 26.37%

so it is 0.24/(0.67+0.24) =0.2637 => 26.37%
