Hey guys,
Sorry for the lame question but I am really having hard time figuring how to fix this. I was pressing some random things and accidently changed the site view(forum) from taking the whole screen to being fixed only in the middle and thus leaving white spaces on the sides. Can you tell me how to make it "stretched" view again?
Thanks,
StyleAni
Hey StyleAni,
Which internet browser are you using?
Is it possible that you've basically just zoomed out?
Best,
Marc
Hi StyleAni,
I'm asking around now, but currently we aren't sure what this is ![]()
Could you post a screenshot of this? Because it sounds like it might be a browser/resolution related issue rather than a viewing option change for the site!
If you could that would be great, then we can help you out further ![]()
Best regards,
Jim
Edit: I'm too slow
This normally happens when you change your resolution i.e connect to a projector or decide to share/duplicate your screen view.
Are you still experiencing this problem? If, so I might know the solution for it.
Ingrid
I still have the problem IngridN, please give me the blessing of your knowledge and I shall forever be your slave ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦
Really? My own slave? ♦
ok, try two things:
1, Press Ctrl and + or - button to enlarge your screen or shrink it
2, Press Ctrl and F7 to check if you're sharing your monitor and click on "disconnect projector mode"
Let me know if this works?
Ingrid
No its definately not because I zoomed in/out so its not Ctrl+ or - and Ctrl and F7 just isn't showing anything
anyway it's not a big issue maybe later on I will again do some miss click and fix it isn't such a big problem to take up the attention of staff members
1st one is my current view and the other one is some random i saw just to show u how it coveres the whole screen
Hey mate,
from the looks of it, the forum that you attached a screenshot of seems to stretch its design to fit your screen resolution, whereas ours doesn't. This is a design choice on our part and, like Ingrid, I think that the reason you didn't see the white borders before was a lower screen resolution on your part as there is only one forum layout available and that's the one you're currently using ![]()

Hadi
