Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, 11 Tournament, 200/400 Blinds (5 handed) - Party-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (UTG) (t1830)
Button (t3330)
MP (t1880)
SB (t9530)
BB (t3430)

Hero's M: 3.05

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8, 7
Hero raises to t1830 (All-In), MP raises to t1880 (All-In), 3 folds

Flop: (t4310) 4, 4, 6 (2 players, 2 all-in)

Turn: (t4310) J (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: (t4310) K (2 players, 2 all-in)

Total pot: t4310

Due to PartyPoker abrupt blind structure (100 to 200 and 200 to 400) i find myself suddenly with 3-5bb in mp or utg. How much should i push? 40% - 50% from utg? How does the push range decreases if there were more players?

this is wrong push, you shouldn't push so wide just because of blinds hitting in next hand. You might have better hand in the blinds and even when they pass you you have 3 bb's left and maybe you can shove in to medium stack and another shorty.
This is Nash Range in this spot 21.6%, 22+ A2s+ A7o+ A5o K9s+ KJo+ Q9s+ J9s+ T9s and that is with i think tight ranges for villains. You can take -ev push here but not wider then K9+,K6s+,QT, maybe JT

From my coaching experience both being the student and the coach I find that the mistake is not pushing early enough.

You should be aware of the blinds and when they go up. You must be missing shoves earlier in the game if you keep getting to this stage. I would go over a few games and look for spots you could/should have shoved.

Reshoves over open raises from late position.

As far as shoving in this hand I think it's good since your committed on the next and 87 will play pretty well vs calling hands. Plus UTG does have some extra FE. If you take the blind like Gerovit says you'll have 3BB and no FE.
