Yes I do think the river is a fold. When fish donk shove the river a lot of the time he has the nuts/near nuts. You were correct to value bet the flop and turn, and had he checked to you on the river I would have no qualms about putting him all in right there, as he's shown you no reason to think he's ahead. Well played in my opinion, I would imagine Villain had something like a flopped set that he panicked with on the river in case you didn't bet again, or he had 75 for the rivered straight :)
