Yes thats correct, i tried them and i am happy with their software.In my opinion try party poker a good place for starters or deposit at Pokerstars
They are 1st in the world... And will be for long in the future... why would they need to give off 50$ to get more player when people see adds and come and deposit?

All the iPoker network rooms share the same player pool apart maybe for some promotional tournament that are exclusive to the room.
The $50 starting capital changes from time to time to which room we offer it and at this point we are not offering it at PokerStars.
