I'm not too much into flatting 4bets OOP, is this standard?

Looks great to me. It's one of those situations where you know you are behind, but you have odds to call.

In other words, it's a small mistake to call, but it's an even bigger mistake to fold, therefore calling is best preflop.

As for the flop, you definitely can't fold here, so good play all round. :f_biggrin:
