You built big pot preflop and you are playing oop, which is not so good with marginal hand such as ATs because you are committed to the flop with c-bet.
As played better line would be bet call or just shove ofcourse you are not folding nut flush draw + gutshot against anyone
I would much rather flat pre with this hand.
As played I like your postflop line - he is pretty loose, and would even have air some of the time here or draws taht we are ahead of(like JT or two spades) that we want him to take a stab at the pot with, and with these stack sizes and so much equity we are getting it in for sure.
Flatting seems good unless CO does this really often (Stealing from CO) than 3 betting to make him fold sounds good.
Now that I saw his stats, he's never going to fold.
Just flat, hope for an A or FD and go broke 
obviously that's a nice board to go broke.

i agree.
ATs is too weak to 3bet/call pre even against this loose guy.
