I actually consider folding the flop.
When he calls in the SB vs your UTGraise his range consists of broadways and PPs.
On this board you rep Kx perfectly so I think he's not bluffing too much, I expect his range to be something like {AK, KK+, 88, 55, 76s, mayybe some other FDs}.

If I call the flop it is because I expect him to have enough FDs and perhaps other semibluffs in his range, in this case the plan is to shove non-diamond turns and fold otherwise.

To answer your question (as played): Yes, fold turn.
