Hello!

Is it better to 3bet preflop in such situations, since the BTN might squeeze very often? As played, should I consider donking the flop or the turn? Also, as played, I know that I had to fold the river..

MP: 22/22/0/2,0/34 (VPIP/PFR/Fv3B/AF/H)
BTN: 24/22/8,0/67/10/321 (VPIP/PFR/3B/FCB/AF/H)

Hello Alleen86,

Preflop: Yeah, that's the problem with those squeeze-happy guys. That if you expect the BTN to squeeze then I don't like the Call that much. Since it's often the case that we can't do much. Of course there is obviously even a way out. Sometimes I do still trap the squeeze-happy guy who does it a lot. And might even go for Call/Raise against him which works perfectly as well.

As played
Postflop: As UTG doesn't show any interest in the pot anymore rather bet the flop and most likely continue betting the turn after betting the flop. But as played rather fold it on river, I don't think that we beat much even for the given odds. :(

Best regards.

hi veriz,

I have been long time didn't play poker since the FTP shotdown.
On the River, the ace is the good card to bluff and we need about 22.3% equity to call that mean we have to make right decision about 22.3%.
Some people like to bet small as bluff or vice versa.
So without read, I will call on the River. lol.
Please correct me if my equity calculation or my analysis is wrong.

thanks.

Hello JHTAN,

A lot of players did leave after FTP went down. :( It's so sad, we had so many active members and so many good players who had big hopes. And now the money is stick. Lets hope we get back our money!

The equity calculation is totally correct. And I do agree that it's a good bluff-card for him. But to avoid exactly those spots that's the reason why I'd Bet/Bet myself flop & turn. :) Than to have such a hero-call spot on river.

Best regards.
