without reads i'd fire the second barrel for free showdown, besides Kx he may also have draws (flushdraw only i guess) or worse pp


multiway pot, most people will lead with top pair. I think it's safe to assume that Villain have no K.

One option would be of course to Bet the turn as well for free showdown and even protection from any kind of draw. Although if you expect him to rather be passive then Checking behind shouldn't be that huge problem.

But if we bet the turn then most likely Check behind the river since there ain't gonna be much value from his range anymore.
