atm im playing pokerstars and im a goldstar with over 1500 fpps but i dont seem to be moving up rank from bronze? please help me?

Sounds like your pokerstars account isnt tracked by pokerstrategy, in other words when you registered on pokerstars you didnt imput the referral code from pokerstrategy.
Unfortunately i dont think you can re-track your already created account, however if join another site, enter the pokerstrategy referral codes and then your account will be tracked and you will earn strategy points.
