When villain is open raising to 4bb it's best to just shove preflop. Calling is worst option as playability of 44 in postflop is very weak especially oop and you can't call for set mining. In flop folding is pretty much only option.
Not really that good in HU SNG but the flop is very weird
I agree with ghaleon flatting doesn't sound so good. Shoving looks better.

He could be doing that with a lot of things....I would be very tempted to call here because of the draws and why would he do that with 8x?
I see him do that with A2 A3 so much.
I'm probably not a good person to comment on HU games, but I would have either pushed or re-raised to about 450 pre-flop (perfectly willing to get it in if he re-raised or pushed).
On that flop I would also lead out about 2/3-3/4 pot.
As played, I think I'm calling his all-in, because as I agree with stevegold87 - there aren't too many hands that I can see him doing that with that have you beat... the only thing I can think of is pocket pairs below ~99 maybe, and this flop seems pretty safe for him...
Hmm yep calling might be better in flop. Might be just my personal experience that villains has been doing these with suprisingly strong hands when I have done pretty loose calls
I think you guys I right about shoving preflop But he didn't seem like a very competent player and I didn't feel like I should pick such a thin spot for shove... Calling is definitely questionable.
Anyways, the result really suprised me. I called for a timebank and thought about this. Would he really shove any overpair? Not likely. 8 wasn't really in his range since he was raising only 26% pfr. Maybe A8 ... still not convinced
So, I called and he showed A6o

This except for the postflop part. Calling the flop is quite standard.
