I'd say it's pretty close. We are even 150BB deep. Do we really expect him to raise here with overpairs? What kind of opponent are we against? Against something like made sets and JJ+ we are getting decent equity. We are getting somewhat decent equity to consider even going broke here. Although can we expect the opponent to play this way his overpairs? Even weaker overpairs and overplay against our 3bet range? He must be spewing away money. :> We need ~43% equity for break-even. Against something like this:
