Since MP2 only called and SB had the initiative and he checked flop I think the flop bet is ok. Am I right? Anyway the turn card was a little worrying but I decided to bet anyway and since he only called I would Check/Fold the river, but the river was an A so I bet. He raised, soooo my main question is should I 3-bet the river since it's kindof obvious he had an A and I most likely have a better kicker?

The flop bet is ok since he might fold 2 overcards. But after his call he has very likely A-high too so I would check/behind the river because if he has an pair lower than nines he might play it the same way but he won't fold it so you can check behind an maybe he bluffs you on the river.

I would call the river only too because he 3-bet a preflop raise from UTG so it's often AK here.
