what kind of answer do you expect and how do you think the one who answered came to his answer?
pokerstars and pary aren't networks,the are independent.other than ipoker,there is ongame,try that.
and what do you mean by best?
there is rake,competition,bonuses,traffic.

ipoker - whill, poker770, paddy,mansion, titan etc etc etc
What other network offers best traffic for sngs :X
