Thanks. I've read that you can see your points day by day. Where can I find it?

If you click the arrow beside the Poker room you've been playing at on the home page on the left where matel17 showed you before it opens up and shows you what points you earned and on what days.

I have played around 40 SNGs already. I still don't have strategy points.

Strategy points are normally updated daily but sometimes there can be delays retrieving the information from the Poker Rooms and this is why they've not been updated.

Please note, that your points will not be lost and will be updated as soon as possible as long as you have tracked your account to PokerStrategy.

I need to read more articles but I can't. I've been waiting for the points to update. I'm starting to lose.

I sent you a support ticket with some questions that should help us get to the bottom of this issue.

In general though, StrategyPoints can take up to 3 days to be updated on the website after you've played, so if you've played only recently, it might just take a little more patience before the points are assigned.
