While I am guilty of making the same play, you never call a 4bet with queens here. You shove or fold.

To call here you would have to be something like 350 BBs deep (to have playable odds on drawing with queens).

+1

As for wether you should or should not get it in:
You have to bring $4.29 for a total pot of $9.60.
So you need 4.29/9.6 = 0.447 = 44.7% equity.

If we assume his range is {QQ+,AK}, we have:

Board:
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    40.21%  38.35%   1.86% { QQ }
MP3    59.79%  57.93%   1.86% { QQ+, AKs, AKo }

therefore it's a fold.

lmao ... it's nl 4 , you don't 3bet then fold QQ this is fucking ridiculous
you 3bet QQ for value because players here are so bad and call your 3bets with anything
it is a very clear shove , if you don't know why then go ask on strategy forums why , you don't have to listen and respect everything that the handjudges tell you here
if he is the ultimate nit then dont 3bet QQ here , just flat and play smaller pots

What is his 4bet % compared to open raise EP %?

This is 9 handed, not 6, and players on NL2 can be bigger nits than those on NL50.

villain's stats are fairly regular - slightly loose but over 150 hands it only takes a warm run of raising hands to push 15/12 to 21/18 - and there is no reason to believe he is shoving jacks or AQ, without which we do not have a profitable shove with queens.

it comes to that if players would ever get all-in pf worse hands than QQ pf and answer to that is likely no (especially if player raise utg). So I´d prefer also folding to 4-bet, since you´re most of the times against KK/AA and sometimes AK (although I think players would mostly just call there with AK)
