How can you post a moving (GIF) image?
I've tried "insert image" >link to picture (from imageshack)

You must make sure you are linking to the picture and not to the imageshack page. For that just right click on the picture and copy the image url. Beware that some sites stop you from hotlinking although imageshak doesnt
