Sure you have the latest? http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_1.12.0.exe

1.12 was released to fix the Fast tables on PokerStars
1.12.0 is a preliminary fix but there are still some tables where the hud will not work.
For those you have to use the table finder:
