Is any closed dimond forum section on Enlish community that people with lower status cannot see? 
I mean specific "cannot see"
not "read" or "post" in it (calssic "lock" symbol like in hand evaluation sections), but simply "cannot see" its existance

Yes there's a lot of sections on the forum reserved for Diamond members only. Mostly they are hand evaluation for higher limits and expert strategy discussion. They also have a VIP forum for diamond members only and they get access to all content of the website :).
