My question refers to the Odds and Outs chart (BSS). In the article examples we always used to first column (Odds from Flop to Turn) to calculate the odds. This seems perfectly reasonable to me.
My question is therefore when shall we use the second column (Odds from Flop to River). I can only imagine one situation when this is to be used: when your opponent goes all-in on the flop. (In which case, there is not betting later).
