Ever since they closed down i havnt been able to play poker, as im well, tight for cash.
Would i be able to have a second starting capital in a new poker room? or is this not possible?

Spam freerolls on a tracked site or find one of the other sites online offering a free capital is probably your best bet imo.

Can you deposit $10? if so play starts 25c 45-man S&G's
Wait til you have money?? In the meantime read the articles available to you and advanced your game.
If you can even deposit $5 on iPoker and grind 0.10+0.02 SnGs, would take some time but you would get there.
