I am thinking about buying a MacBook Pro 13". But as I am aware of, HoldemManager doesn't run on a Mac.
What are my options in this spot?
Can I run Pokerstars on the Mac and maybe at the same time use something to run HM in a virtual machine. And will it work together at the same time, so that I get real time stats.

If you want to use the Hud the only solution is to run Stars AND HEM in the virtual machine.
I'm also using a Mac. I've installed Desktop Parallels.. windows 7 and it all works great. 5+ poker rooms and a few poker related tools.
just run both hem and pokerstars in virtual machine.
OR
run pokerstars and poker tracker 3 native on the mac.
OR
install windows with bootcamp and restart in windows and use whatever you want
There is no other option
