It all depends on how you withdraw. Neteller and Moneybookers are most certainly within the 5 days as are most of the cashout methods, but other options could take longer.

I cash-out with visa. It takes a little more than 3 days. But never got my monies in 5 days.

It depends of a few things, the method you are going to cash out (generally PokerStars will give you an idea of the processing time for each payment provider.) And it also depends if you have to go through and ID check. In case it happens the process is stopped until the check is complete and that can sometimes take a while.

Thanks for all the responses, I was just concerned that it quotes a cash out time then the reality is much longer.

The time is not really guaranteed and in the first instance it can take a bit longer.

First cashout took me four days.

Now all my cashouts take only about sixty seconds.

cashed out visa took a week.

Now about 2-3 days.

processed almost immediately

Bank transfers for me take <24 hours. It's amazing. I request a withdrawal in the afternoon one day and the money is in my bank the next morning. <3 stars
