Hey guys I live in U.S and I got free 50$ like a month ago

Is that going to be a problem?? I heard about new law that

blocked americans from online gambling.

I am kind a worry about it.

There shouldn't be a problem. Until now Full Tilt still accepts players from the US. Even if they will close US operations in the future, you'll have the right to withdraw your bankroll before it happens. Therefore there's no need to worry at all.

At the moment, we cannot transfer the money to players from the US due to the current legal situation in the US. But in the past it was possible, and you're one of those who benefited from our offers. If you got the money, it's yours and there's nothing illegal. And the platform you're playing on, Full Tilt, allows US players. ;)

Good luck at the tables!

Hi lsw4168,

Usually we dont hand out starting capital to players from the U.S. due to the legal situation, and not wanting to get involved in it. In general any type of Online poker is 'illegal' for U.S. citizens (although its the Pokerrooms that are making themselves liable there), but if you have gotten the money from us or deposited yourself doesn't change anything about the situation.

Due to a change in our registration process several U.S. members were able to get the free starting capital from us, and although this is currently no longer possible you should not worry. You basically got lucky - but have nothing to fear personally.

Best regards,
SoyCD
