What is our battle plan? Our reads say that villain is loose and aggressive, both pre- and postflop.
I would lead out with a post oak bet, something that would make him raise me on the flop and allows my 3 bet to be quite significant on this flop (since we have flopped the nuts).
I would lead out for 40 cents and hope that villain sees this as weakness with some kind of draw. When he invariably raises me I shove over the top for $8.40 on the flop and happily stack off with this monster on any turn card (when the pot will be around $17 and I will have $27 left).
how about if he has a made str with a TJ and a nut flush draw as well? would our equity be ok? Would it be profitable to try to stak off?

Since we can never know this, it's not a question worth answering. 
The exactly hand you're asking about has a probability of less than 1% of being in the opponents hand and is our worse case scenario, but we're still going to show with 33% equity against it typically.
So don't worry about set ups in PLO, you will be on both sides of them over time. Focus on the equity you have vs hands that will raise this flop, and you will find it's pretty good actually.
Well there villain led for 93 cents.
I think the problem is that if we raise, villain will fold all of his bluffs. He might continue with better flush draws, and obviously he will reraise his straight. Of course we have 67% against JTxx, but is raise the way to maximize our value? How often he has JTxx instead of bluff?
If we just call, he should bet all blank turns. And a small raise to a blank turn might get him to spazz out with spade draw or something, as it doesn't make sense for him for us to just call the flop with straight.
Although, if we call and turn flushes or pairs, his bluffs and JTxx would shut down.
My first opinion was to raise the flop too, but then I started to think that it's a situation where he folds his flushes and continues only with JTxx and maybe higher flush draws. So is having a 65/35 flip for 600bb pot really the optimal play here. Don't know.
You are deepstacked and out of position. Anytime a situation like this ends up with a 50/50 flip for entire stacks I consider it a great result. Because the alternative is that I get outplayed on a later street when stacks don't go in (because i'm out of position) or I miss out on a ton of value whilst my opponent gets his value.
So simple answer: When OOP try to flip, when in position, try to outplay.
