I 4B for value but I think 4B to 24-25 is best.
I expect his 4B calling range to be TT+,AQ+
Since we are deep my perceived range should be pretty much the same.
On the flop I think that it is a CBet to potentially make AK fold or get value from AQ. I like the sizing because the board is very dry.
On the turn he has 16 combos of TT+ and 12 combos of AQ and 9 combos of AK.
If he called the flop with AQ,AK (which I think he would since he doesn't like to fold) I expect him to fold now all his AQ,AK. I expect him to call with everything else. The only hand that he could raise for value here is QQ that he wants to protect against my AK (and he has to raise otherwise I am getting almost the right direct odds with my 8 outs). I like the sizing here again because I set up a river shove.
When he shoves I beleive he has QQ so it's a fold.
If he calls the turn and river is a blank I have to Check back because I don't expect any AQto have called flop and turn and I split vs AK.
Now thinking about it a bit more I will put myself in his shoes:
My perceived range is TT+,AQ+ and I would CBet flop and turn with 100% of my range.
Let's say that Villain has AQ.
What is my calling range over a shove? TT,JJ,KK and AA I guess (KK and AA because I expect him to shove QQ). So I would fold 24 combos (9 AQ,12 AK and 3 QQ) out of 33 combos which is 65%!
By shoving 128 into 108 that's clearly a +EV move. (similar stuff if villain has AK)
What do you guys think about Ck/C, Ck/R AI with AQ and AK for villain?
Knowing this should I really Bet that turn or Check behind (especially vs an aggro guy like him)?
And obviously then we can add another level of thinking that if I know he shoves with AQ,AK and QQ I should call his shove with AK
