SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks, CO bets $0.06, SB calls $0.06, Hero ???

No Foldequity to bet myself, I have a decent sample on both CO and SB. CO is very aggro 4AF postflop and has a wide range with 37/11, SB is a maniac and frequently donks the river fullpot with both nuts and air he is 90/29 and ofc may have any4, seen him c/cing and donking on the rvr with something like 2277 here.

I would fold here because the pot is small and we don't know if our outs are live or not therefore it's unlikely we get paid off when ahead on the river and likely we pay someone else off if they make a better flush (we are out of position).

If I was in position I can find a call here as my pair of jacks may also allow me to bluff river cards such as a 7 hitting as I have 2 blockers to the nuts plus I would expect anyone with a better flush to bet the river before the action got to me.

Given that you have absolutely no foldequity vs twopair and better, would you even fold ip?

There are plenty of boards that you might be able to make 2 pair fold, such as a 3, 6 or 7 hitting, plus you have reasonable equity vs 2 pair holding as many as 20 outs. It's just you don't know which cards are outs which is why you need to be in position to see how your opponent acts first.
