you don´t have to bet turn, since it is hard worse hands to call you down and he may always turn smt like 33/44 into bluff.
If you bet I think b/f is better than b/c, since he ha 2x or 55 more often.
I would likely played hand the same way, but sometimes you can check back turn and call river to induce bluff or check back turn and bet river to get value form worse pp-s
