i think it's a standard call. i would also think that by the way he overbet, he will almost always have the nut flush draw. and with that assumption, you have 54% chance of winning as he has 12 outs ( 3 A's and 9 spades).

Hello BGawli,

We need ~41% equity for break-even and even if we put the opponent on strong made hands we are doing somewhat good:

Board: Q♠6♠4♠
       Equity     Win     Tie
UTG    55.60%  54.05%   1.55% { AA, QQ, AQs, AQo, AsJh }
UTG+1  44.40%  42.85%   1.55% { KdKh }

So I doubt that I'd fold it either.
