Preflop: Hero is BB with J♥, J♦
6 folds, BU raises to $0.75, SB folds, Hero raises to $2.25, BU raises to $4.75, Hero raises to $13.00, BU calls $8.25.

Flop: ($26.10) T♥, 7♠, 2♣ (2 players)
Hero bets $16.29 (All-In), BU calls $13.05 (All-In), Hero gets uncalled bet back (All-In).

Turn: ($52.20) 4♠
River: ($52.20) 2♦ (2 players)

Final Pot: $52.20

Critical villain stats -

BU open range 38%
on 3bet raise 50% (4/8)

Thoughts? His 4bet had me wondering what to do, but based on the two statistics above I chose to go broke preflop. Obviously after being cold-called to 5bet I am going all in on any overpair flop or better.

Not going to fold there JJ against BU, who might easily 4-bet bluff that spot.
Would personally prefer 5-bet shoving, but if you think that 5-bet either get called by worse hands or if it might fold out his QQ/AK I'm fine 5-betting to 8-10$ and then shoving on any flop.
