Dealt to Hero 6♠ 6♦

Hero calls $0.02, UTG+1 raises to $0.04, fold, fold, MP2 raises to $0.06, fold, fold, SB calls $0.05, fold, Hero calls $0.04, UTG+1 raises to $0.08, MP2 calls $0.02, SB calls $0.02, Hero calls $0.02

SB checks, Hero ???

UTG+1 is 83/36/3.2, MP2 is 24/19/2.0

I understand that against several opponents you donk... But, in this case, since there has been quite a bit of preflop 'min-agression', would it be justified to check/raise?

Hi Elertar,

You have a set so you bet the flop.

You don't want to take chances with the check/raise becouse it has a flush draw on it and if a diamond comns on the turn you don't know where you stand.

You want to bet directly on the flop and bet a little bigger to protect your hand against flush draws and better hands

Kind regards,
Bogdan

Hello Elertar,

In such a multiway pot there is no way I am going to Check it. Just donk it and protect your hand. You may easily even get raised if someone has an Ace and will easily get in int.

Best regards.
